The BENINCA BULL624SW Sliding Gate Motor is a powerful 24V DC automatic gate opener designed for intensive-use sliding gates weighing up to 600 kg. It combines an integrated control unit, virtual encoder and advanced safety functions to provide smooth, reliable and precise automatic sliding gate operation.
The BENINCA BULL624SW features a 115/230V AC switching power supply with a 24V DC motor, providing efficient performance and intensive operation. With a maximum thrust of 715 N and adjustable opening speed from 5.5 to 11 metres per minute, it is suitable for residential properties, villas and frequently operated sliding gates.
Its integrated virtual encoder and STC System continuously monitor motor operating parameters and gate movement. This allows the control system to optimise torque, slowdowns and obstacle detection according to the gate position, providing smooth movement and enhanced operational safety.
The built-in 433.92 MHz ARC radio receiver can store up to 64 transmitters. Optional battery backup can also be installed inside the motor to maintain gate operation during a mains power failure.

24V Intensive-Use Gate Automation
The BENINCA BULL624SW 24V sliding gate motor is designed for intensive operation. Its 24V DC motor provides smooth gate movement while allowing precise electronic control of speed, torque and slowdown phases.
This makes the BULL624SW particularly suitable for residential gates that require frequent daily opening and closing cycles.
Virtual Encoder & STC System
The BULL624SW uses a virtual encoder that recreates the encoder signal by monitoring the electrical operating parameters of the motor. This allows the control unit to track gate travel and optimise the slowdown phases.
The integrated STC System intelligently calculates the required thrust throughout the gate movement and adjusts motor torque according to actual operating conditions.
Anti-Crushing Safety System
The integrated control system provides amperometric obstacle detection. When abnormal resistance is detected during gate movement, the automation can respond according to its programmed safety settings.
Photocells, safety accessories and other compatible protection devices can also be connected to further improve automatic gate safety.
Integrated 433.92 MHz ARC Receiver
The built-in radio receiver operates at 433.92 MHz and uses BENINCA Advanced Rolling Code (ARC) technology. Up to 64 transmitters can be stored directly in the receiver.
Battery Backup Option
The BULL624SW can be equipped with an optional battery backup system using 2 × 1.2 Ah batteries integrated inside the motor housing. This allows the automatic sliding gate to continue operating during temporary mains power failures.
