The BENINCA JM.3 Garage Door Opener is an advanced 24V DC automatic garage door motor designed for residential sectional doors with a maximum surface area of 11 m². Delivering 600 N thrust, the JM.3 combines intensive-use performance, an integrated control unit, encoder and intelligent safety functions for smooth, precise and reliable garage door automation.
The BENINCA JM.3 uses a 230V AC switching power supply with a 24V DC motor, helping reduce energy consumption while providing dependable intensive operation. Opening speed can be electronically configured, with maximum performance reaching 12 metres per minute.
An integrated encoder provides precise monitoring throughout the garage door movement. Combined with amperometric obstacle detection and the BENINCA STC System, the operator can intelligently manage motor torque according to the position and operating requirements of the door.
The JM.3 also incorporates a 433.92 MHz ARC radio receiver with memory for up to 64 transmitters, a high-output LED courtesy light and provision for optional integrated backup batteries. Smart connectivity and advanced diagnostics are also available through compatible BENINCA accessories.

600N Sectional Garage Door Automation
The BENINCA JM.3 600N garage door opener is designed for residential sectional garage doors with a maximum door surface area of 11 m². Its 24V DC motor provides smooth and efficient operation while supporting intensive-use applications.
With an opening speed reaching up to 12 m/min, the JM.3 provides convenient automatic access for residential garages while maintaining controlled and precise door movement.
24V Intensive-Use Motor
The JM.3 combines a 230V AC switching power supply with a 24V DC motor. This configuration helps reduce energy consumption and supports a long actuator service life while providing intensive-use performance.
Opening and closing speeds can be electronically adjusted separately, allowing the garage door operation to be configured according to the requirements of the installation.
Encoder & Anti-Crushing Safety
The integrated encoder continuously monitors garage door movement and provides precise position information to the electronic control system.
Combined with amperometric obstacle detection, the encoder supports the anti-crushing safety system, allowing the operator to detect abnormal resistance during door movement and respond according to the programmed safety settings.
STC Intelligent Power Control
BENINCA's STC System intelligently manages motor torque according to the position of the garage door. The system identifies critical points during travel and adjusts the required motor force according to measured performance and actual operating requirements.
Integrated 433.92 MHz ARC Receiver
The integrated radio receiver operates at 433.92 MHz and uses BENINCA Advanced Rolling Code (ARC) technology. The receiver can store up to 64 compatible transmitters for convenient and secure garage door access.
LED Courtesy Light
The BENINCA JM.3 includes a high-output service light with 14 integrated LEDs. The light can also be activated using a compatible transmitter in bistable or timed mode, allowing it to function as a garage ceiling light.
Optional Battery Backup
Optional backup batteries can be integrated into the JM.3 motor. The system supports 2 × 1.2 Ah batteries, allowing garage door operation to continue during a temporary mains power failure when the appropriate battery accessories are installed.
Smart Control & Diagnostics
The JM.3 is prepared for connection to optional X.BE (KNX) and Q.BE (MQTT) accessories for integration with compatible automation systems.
