The BENINCA CP.BULL-RI Control Board is an advanced 230V electronic control unit designed for BENINCA BULL10M, BULL15M and BULL20M sliding gate automation systems. It provides complete electronic management of the sliding gate motor, encoder, limit switches, photocells, safety devices and remote controls.

The BENINCA CP.BULL-RI operates from a 230 Vac 50/60 Hz power supply and supports a 230 Vac motor up to 1000 W. Its integrated LCD display provides convenient access to operating parameters, programming functions and system configuration during installation and maintenance.

An integrated 433.92 MHz radio receiver provides memory for up to 64 transmitters and supports Advanced Rolling Code (ARC), Rolling Code and Fixed Code radio systems. Compatible BENINCA remote controls can therefore be programmed directly into the control board.

Advanced functions include encoder management for obstacle detection, automatic setup of operating parameters, electronic motor torque adjustment, adjustable slowdowns and electronic braking for precise stopping even with heavy sliding gates.

Encoder & Obstacle Detection

The control board provides an encoder input for obstacle detection. Encoder feedback allows the controller to accurately monitor the movement of the automatic sliding gate during opening and closing.

This provides precise gate movement management and allows the control system to detect abnormal resistance during operation.

Automatic Setup & Torque Adjustment

The automatic setup function automatically adjusts important operating parameters, helping simplify installation, commissioning and testing of the gate automation system.

Electronic motor torque adjustment allows the operating force to be configured according to the requirements of the sliding gate installation.

Photocell & Safety Edge Management

The CP.BULL-RI provides separate PHOT O and PHOT C photocell inputs. PHOT O can be programmed for operation during opening and closing or during closing only, while PHOT C can operate during both opening and closing.

The control board also provides an input for an N.C. or 8K2 sensitive safety edge, allowing compatible safety devices to be integrated into the automatic gate system.

Adjustable Slowdowns & Electronic Braking

Adjustable slowdown settings provide smoother gate movement as the sliding gate approaches its opening and closing positions.

The electronic braking system provides precise stopping performance even when controlling heavy sliding gates, making the CP.BULL-RI particularly suitable for the larger BULL series motors.

Advantouch Remote Management

The BENINCA CP.BULL-RI supports the Advantouch system for compatible parameter configuration and radio transmitter management.
